Register for class online, through the Mindbody app, or in-person at the studio.
If you already have a Mindbody account, we recommend signing up through it. Search Soul Revolution Yoga + Cycling and ♥ favorite ♥ us for ease upon returning.
Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before class. You’ll have a better experience practicing without a full stomach.
Arrive 15-20 minutes before the class start time.
Remove shoes in the lobby area. It is best to practice yoga barefoot.
If you are participating in a cycling class, please bring your shoes (clip-ins or tennis shoes) with you – there is a bench in the cycling room to sit and put on your shoes.
Check-in at the front desk, even if you signed-up online.
Leave your belongings (keys / cell phone) outside of the yoga room. Please make sure all phones are silenced.
Be prepared to sweat.
Our instructors are always available after class for any questions you may have.
Inform the instructor of any pertinent injuries or limitations.
Understand that becoming lightheaded or nauseous can be normal the first few times you practice yoga in the heat.
After class, if you borrowed a mat, please wipe it down with the towels and spray provided.
